"Highland" is a painting that depicts the daily tasks of a ranch woman. The woman featured in this painting, Pandi Highland, is a 4th generation rancher on her family's homestead. This painting captures her work with cattle, dogs, horses, and around the ranch with her family and partners. My idea behind the painting was to create a collage style scenery to show off all of the important women's work accomplished by my ranch partner.
